What we did
- Packaged the board, battery and sensor window inside the case first.
- Developed the case and lug forms around that package.
- Detailed the strap interface for tool-free changes.
- Delivered CAD, DFM notes and a CMF range.
Outcome
A case that carries the electronics without growing, and a strap the user can change.
