An industrial oven whose door, hinge and seal had to survive continuous production use.

What we did
- Designed the hinge and latch around the real duty cycle, not the datasheet.
- Detailed the seal channel so it can be replaced in the field.
- Stiffened the door skin against thermal cycling.
- Released drawings, a service note and a spares list.
Outcome
A door that stays sealed and a seal the customer can change.
