Tooling & Manufacturing Support
We work closely with manufacturers during tooling and production setup, providing technical files, design clarifications, and necessary CAD updates based on tooling, components, materials, and manufacturing feedback.
Pilot Production
Before full-scale production, we support pilot builds to identify potential issues in assembly, fit, finish, functionality, and manufacturing processes. Insights from the pilot run are used to refine the product before mass production.
Quality Assurance

We develop and prepare packaging layouts, product graphics, labels, icons, and print-ready artwork. Files are supplied in industry-standard formats and adapted to manufacturer-specific print templates and requirements.
