Turn ideas into a manufacturable product — design, engineering and prototyping.
Each step below is a piece of work we deliver in the develop phase, with its own output you can review and sign off.
We explore multiple concepts, forms, features, and product architectures to identify the strongest design direction. Concepts are refined based on user needs, functionality, aesthetics, cost, and technical feasibility.
We develop the product’s form, proportions, ergonomics, interface, materials, finishes, and overall visual language. Our focus is to create products that are intuitive to use, distinctive in the market, and aligned with your brand.
We convert the approved design into detailed 3D CAD models and engineering-ready assemblies. Components, mechanisms, interfaces, tolerances, materials, and technical requirements are developed with manufacturing in mind.
A great design must also be practical to produce. We evaluate manufacturing processes, part construction, tooling, assembly, materials, tolerances, and production constraints to reduce complexity, minimise manufacturing risks, and optimise the product for scalable production.
We create prototypes to evaluate form, fit, proportions, ergonomics, assembly, and functionality. Depending on the product stage, prototypes may include 3D-printed models, CNC parts, sheet-metal prototypes, or other appropriate manufacturing methods.
We test and refine the product through physical evaluation, fit checks, functional testing, user feedback, and design validation. Issues identified during testing are incorporated into the design before final production.
The Develop phase bridges the gap between creative ideas and real-world manufacturing—ensuring your product is not only visually compelling, but also functional, feasible, and ready for the next stage of production.
