What we did
- Laid out the enclosure around the heating block and its insulation.
- Designed the folds so the panels stiffen the frame instead of needing brackets.
- Placed the handles at the balance point of the loaded unit.
- Released sheet-metal drawings, a bend sequence and finish specification.
Outcome
A stiffer enclosure with fewer brackets, and a unit that lifts straight.
