What we did
- Carried over the panel language and the fixings from the smaller unit.
- Re-sized the chassis for the bigger coil and fan without new tooling concepts.
- Added lifting points and forklift clearance.
- Released drawings, a parts commonality list and DFM notes.
Outcome
A bigger machine on a shared parts list, so service stock stays small.
