What we did
- Designed the joint covers to shed water away from the seals.
- Balanced the head so the tilt motor is not fighting gravity.
- Detailed the cable path through the rotating joint.
- Released CAD and sealing documentation.
Outcome
A head that moves freely and still keeps water out of the joints.
