A laboratory tube furnace where the outer skin had to stay touch-safe and the controls had to stay cool.

What we did
- Set the standoff between the hot core and the outer skin.
- Moved the control pod out of the rising heat path.
- Detailed the end plates for tube changes without tools.
- Delivered sheet-metal drawings and thermal-clearance notes.
Outcome
A touch-safe skin and a control pod that survives the duty cycle.
